whats wrong with me

for about month and a half i have had wicked nausea and about 3 wks now severe upper middle stomache pain right where my rib cage  comes together and it goes down along my left side along with dry heaves diarrea (diarrhea) and constipation about 10lbs in weight loss. also slight fever chills and sweats. extreme weaknes tiredness. have been to pc dr  gi dr and er. have had blood and urine tests ultrasound for gall bladder and ct of abdomen. i feel awful. any ideas?  and on ocassion blood in my stool
