CAN THIS RESULT IN CANCER.

,for the past 10 months,whenever i eat something,my abdomen started paining,,, i was forced to stools with gas formation,,, until the stomach is completely empty, no loss of appetite, i felt very hungry ,but was afraid of eating, because of the loose stools,, d stools were semi liquid with some foam type thing, now i m surrering d same problem again in month of june doctors examined me with all sorts of test which included colonoscopy,,ultrasound,,some blood tests,,urine & stool tests,,test for HIV,, TB,,AND mountex test. only d mountex test was positive.. rest all were normal.. they at that time prescribed me
1.>OMEPRAZOLE CAPS( 1 CAP DAILY before breakfast ,, empty stomach)
2.>MEBASPA(mebeverine hydrochloride tablets)
3.>ISABGOL SACHET.
i stopped takin all d above medicines,, as it was improvising..but i was also havin some sort of dryness in my mouth every time,,as if i need water everytime...
but d loose stools continued in morning   some times  2 times or 3..

now for the last 3 days i m having d same problem,, i was suffering before..
again the doctors gave me same prescribtion..
also told that i have to take these medicines for atleast 1 year.otherwise it could lead to CANCER..
I M REALLY WORRIED ..PLZZ HELP ME OUT.
