nasty burps and puking

I have diarrhea, puking, bloating, and burps that smell like poop.  This has been going on for some time now (near a year).  I have had numerous tests and been diagnosed with IBS and diverticulous but no other idea why this keeps happening.  Also, when I throw up it is usually 12-15 hours after my last meal and the food is not even digested.  It disturbs my whole life.  Unable to go out to places in fear the diarrhea/puking/burps will start while out and about.  Any suggestions as to what this could be?

You may have a serious stomach infection that causing this problem again and again, and please tell me do you feel heaviness in your stomach and what meals you are preferring most like, do you eat mostly outside I mean somewhere the kind of food you are taking is actually affecting your intestine and due to this your digestive system is affected.

Please, I will advice you to avoid some stuffs that are spicy and oily and try to include fiber and have some juices that is liquids that will be beneficial. Also, include vitamin c in your food and have curd in your meals as, this will help improve your digestion.
