2 BM's in 3 weeks

I am a 34 year old woman. For nearly 3 weeks I have struggled with severe constipation. I have only had 2 normal bowel movements in that time. my right side hurts. I feel faint an dizzy, somewhat clammy. A few days back I threw up feces. I went to the E.R. and was seen. Told the dr about the constipation, and the vomiting of fecal matter. He said he had never heard of such a thing.. took a xray and said. " You are backed up." have to pay an unheard of fee, for him to tell me what I told him to begin with.)  He ordered an enema, and had a nurse administer it. I expelled NO fecal matter at all. He suggested a fleets enema every morning.. Six days later and still nothing. I lay in bed and cry from the pain. I have the constant urge to defecate, but nothing happens...my chest hurts, my back hurts. I can not eat. The area around my belly button is tender to touch, as is the area on my right side. I feel like I have bricks in me,almost like I did when I was in the early stages of labor.  I had a tummy tuck in the past and have beautiful flat abdomen, or at least I did. I have had 3 people ask me when I got pregnant, that is how distended and swollen I am.. I don't know what to do. They did a blood work up when I was at the E.R. It came back clean. That was roughly a week ago. People keep telling me how pale and "green around the gills " I look.

I saw a GI recently and was dx'ed with rectocele and am awaiting surgery for that, and now this has happened. I am at my wits end. With each day the pain and discomfort increases. I was up and down all night last thinking I had to go , and never did..nothing is working. I think I have a blockage personally. But no one seems concerned. Just want me to take miralax..but I all ready WAS/AM... I feel like I have to vomit.. but I am afraid to because I fear it will be nothing but fecal matter.
Does anyone have any suggestions. Please, anything. I am sobbing and becoming very depressed.. I cant even pass gas at this point.

I can't give a personal diagnosis without evaluation, but, in general, chronic constipation can be due to a variety of conditions.  This can include dietary causes, an obstruction, metabolic disease like thyroid disease, or irritable bowel syndrome, among others.

Imaging the abdomen should be done with an abdominal CT scan, and blood tests to check to thyroid and electrolytes.

A colonoscopy can also be considered to look for any anatomical abnormalities.

A regular constipation regimen can be discussed with your doctor to keep the bowel movements regular.

I had a defagram done last Friday. awaiting results.. the throwing up fecal matter is what really bothers me. Well, that and the intense pain, that is ongoing. I am all ready on a regimen to try and handle the constipation, have been for 2 weeks, but nothing is working... its frustrating.  I am waiting on word for the Dr about when he wants to do the colonoscopy. My bro in law is a Dr.  He is very concerned.  Not just with my health but with the patronizing lack of concern I seem to be getting..

Thank you for your answer.. maybe once the defagram comes back we will have a better idea, and can finally move forward with treatment.  Because I am becoming more and more depressed with each passing day. I can not move about due to the pain, and have a history of DVT's, No known medical cause for them..just laying here in the bed is not healthy for me. But I can NOT get up and move around like I normally would or I vomit, or pass out..
