You may be referring to AAA - or anti-actin antibodies.  This is not normally measured in North American laboratories.  In generaly, these antibodies are a specific marker for type-1 autoimmune hepatitis.  

Typically, anti-smooth muscle antibodies (ASMA) are used for diagnosis.  High levels of these antibodies are associated with increased levels of AAA.
