Abdominal pain

I have had abdominal pain (mid Section) for 3 days. Extreme pain after eating with loud gurgling stomach noises and then watery diarhhea in small amounts.had the same thing happen 3 weeks ago but only once during the day on 3 occasions. Now I have these pains throughout the day, they usually last about 30 seconds are very intense. Usually happens after I eat or drink something. Had blood test done which were normal and urine test shows urinary track but doctor did not believe this was the problem. Also said this was not virus or infection..any ideas?

You can consider an evaluation of the upper digestive tract.

This can start with an upper endoscopy or upper GI series - looking for an ulcer, inflammation or GERD.

If negative, imaging can be considered with either an ultrasound or abdominal CT scan - looking for diseases of the liver, gallbladder or pancreas.  

If the testing remains negative, consideration of irritable bowel syndrome can be made.
