Acute alcohol consmption and liver disease

Is it possible to develop cirrhosis after a single bout of acute alcohol consumption?  I have been feeling fatigued for an entire week with a minor loss of apetite after an acute bout of alcohol consumption, and was wondering how probable it is that the aforementioned symptoms are related to my liver.

serrosis of the liver is causedby, among other things, heavy drinking over many years...it can also be caused by taking something as simple as tylenol excessivly for many years...if you went drinking one night that's not going to do it, if you go drinking every day for 30 years, that could do it... if all else fails ask your doc..
