Additional data on stomach pain and black tongue

Dear Dr.,
Thank you so much for your earlier comments on my stomach problem. You asked some questions I want to answer.  I do think the black tongue is caused by the vomitting as it only occurs after I get sick.  The tongue coloring does not go away immediately even with brushing.  As I said before I have a dull pain in my stomach which may or may not lead to vomitting.  The food that does come up has been eaten hours before.  Does this rule out obstruction?  How can the endometriosis be related as I feel strongly there is a connection especially since I only have this problem 1 or 2 days a month.  By the way, I don't smoke, I am not on antibiotics but have occasionally chewed a few peptos when the pain starts.  However, I'm starting to think I'm better off without the pepto since it feels like I need more stomach acid, not less?  I have no growling, gas etc.  Thanks so much for any additional comments
