Advise for Hpylori repeate doase

I am healthy male of 39 years of age. In 2008 My lower BP was on higher side so the local doctor suggested me to take ATEN-D half teb per day. After few months I had the problem of Gastric and heartburn so local doctor suggested me the Ocid and perinorm -D. When I took the medician I was feeling good but after leaving the medician same problem again re-occour. In march-2009 I consulted the Dr. Randhir Sud of Sir gangaram Hospital. He carried out the endoscopy which had following observation

Cricopharynx is normal
Esophagus shows normal mucosa
GE junction is at 40 cm
Antrumshows erosions and RTU done

The conclusion was
Erosive gastro-duodenitis and Hpylori +

He advised me

LAN-30 1 tab -30 days

Mox-500 mg -2tab twice

KLARIM - 500 mg 1 tab twice

Vibact 1 tab twice

After taking the medician I do not any problem and I felt very happy. I also stopped my BP medician.

Few days back my local doctor checked my BP and found 140 / 95 so advised ATEN-D half tab. Again I am feeling the gastric problem.

Can I take the repeate dose of Hpylori. Can I stop my  BP medician please advise.

Helicobacter Pylori infection often responds to a multi-antibiotic course, which relieves symptoms in many people, which sounds like the case with you.  If no more symptoms, no repeat course of antibiotics is necessary.  An optimal blood pressure is 130/70.  A physician who can care for you on an ongoing basis can tell you if you need medicine if you are over this level.  It is not advisable to stop medication unless your doctor tells you to

How about manuka honey? I've been eating manuka 16+ for a few days and it seems to have helped a little with after meal pain.
