Am I getting an ulcer?

I have ulcerative colitis, and have began to bleed again. It is much better, but it is still continuing. I am now getting a weird feeling in my stomach. Most of the time I am nauseated, and I think I'm developing a decrease in appetite.My whole "belly area" hurts too. Not shots of pain, but an ongoing sick feeling. I'm never really hungry, but I eat because I have to keep up my strength. I have been very stressed out latley, and am trying to control that. I am concerned that I could be developing a stomach ulcer. Am I? or is it something else. Please someone let me know.
