Anal Lump itchy sore

Hi there really isnt anyway to ask this question, so here goes... The last feew days the top part of the crack of my backside have been sore. I asked my hubby to look at it and when i bent over I had to pul my crack apart, I have a little red sore , its itchy.... I also have a lumo to the side of that.. The littel red sore is at the very top on the crack on my backside.. The lump bothers me depending on how I am sitting. Wonder if you would know what this is????

Might be a perianal cyst.  You might want to have it checked out.  In time if it is a cyst it will get bigger.  I had emergency surgery a year ago to have one removed.  It went from the size of a dime to a grapefruit in 4 days.  This is nothing to mess around with.  Atleast if you go to the doctor and he says that is not what it is, it would be better knowing.  Take care.
