Any Ideas?

Hello, I posted a message a while ago regarding having bad headaches and problems with sharp pains in my stomach chest and sometimes arms and legs. What I'm noticing is that I have lumps under the skin and it feels like its on my stomach and ribs too. These lumps when touched hurt severely and it feels like the source of all the pains. I get the same sharp, piercing pain in my back in the same area. I have had discharge and pain in my breast but have had every test in the book from ultra sound, to CT scan to MRI. My question is. Can there be some kind of growth relating to this breast problem in relationship to all these painful lumps which also causes me to have a sickly feeling all over. Sometimes when I get the pain in my right side it will radiate into my right leg like a spasm. I'm at a loss as to what could be making me feel so sick yet with no diagnosis avaialable. Feels like my whole body is infected for a lack of a better description. Any ideas that I can offer to my doctor would be very helpful. She is at a loss as to what it can be. They're at the point of prescribing anti-depressants which I find very disturbing that since they can't pin point the problem it must be in my head. I feel worse and worse and have no one to turn to. I do have a history of constipation and my intestines feel really swollen and bloated. My biggest concern are the lumps that are located below my ribcage on both sides and feel like they're attached to my organs. They are extremely painful and the sharp pains are coming from these lumps.

Do the lumps your referring to feel like a boil. Are they red or swollen or anything. I was just wondering.

Hi, in reply to your question. No these painful lumps are under the skin. They are hard and painful. The weird thing is that sometimes they get softer and then harder and painful. I wonder if this could be lymphnodes. Does anyone know of the locations of all the lymphnodes in the human system?
