Appendix

I was very intrested in a post further down about a person who was sick with a ruptured appendix and was sick for four years with nausea and bowel probs etc . I have had a constant dull ache type stitch there but never mentioned it to the docs and have been off work for 5 years now with nausea problems/bowel problems .

My question is with something like that appendix problem is it something that can be scanned or x-rayed to show inflammation,problems etc ?

Ultrasond.  CT Scan.  Either can identfy appendix problems.
