CAN A PERSON HAVE NORMAL BLOODWORK, AND NORMAL STOOL SAMPLE (MEANING NO BLOOD  OR WHITE BLOOD CELLS) AND STILL HAVE CROHNS OR COLITIS. WHILE HAVING SYMPTOMS OF LOOSE BOWELS?

Yes, it is possible to have normal bloodwork and stool samples, and still have colitis or crohn's.  The diagnosis is made via imaging studies (i.e. endoscopy, small bowel series) as well as possible biopsy.  

These options can be discussed with your gastroenterologist.
