Ileum - mild tissue eosinophilia
Cecum - moderate tissue eosinophilia
Ascending colon - ok
Transvers colon - ok
Descending colon - focal active colitis with tissue eosinophilia
Sigmoid - focal active colitis with tissue eosinophilia
Rectum - focal active colitis with tissue eosinophilia

pANCA - positive - 34.2
WBC - normal
Segs - 89 (high)
Lymphs - 9 (low)
ABS Lymphs - .76 (low)
ANA - positive 1:1280
dsDAN - neg
SSA - neg
SSB - neg
SM/RNP - neg
Sm - neg
SLC Auto AB - neg
IgA - 43 (low)
IgM - 38 (low)

Should this be treated as ulcerative colitis due to pANCA being positive?

Also what is What is Disaccharidase analysis and what does it mean when your values are high?
