Burning stomach cramps along with numbness

Stomach, Pain, Burning and Numbness
  For over a month now i have been having burning cramping stomach pain across the top of the stomach sometimes on left and on right or it goes across and i also get what looks like blood in the stool, bowl habits have changed drasticlly, before these symptoms started i have been getting numbness on and off inside the stomache is that normal . ???
  What could this possibly be.??

Upper GI conditions like an ulcer, inflammation of the upper digestive tract or GERD can be considered.  

An upper endoscopy or upper GI series would be appropriate tests to evaluate these symptoms.  

You can also consider tests looking for H Pylori.  

If there is blood in the stool, I would consider a flexible sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy.  

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
