Can Hep. B 'healthy' carrier have co-invections or pre mutant core virus

Dear Doctors,

I currently work in Borneo.  There are no liver specailist, but only general doctors.  Thus, I need your expert advice.  My test results for (Hb's'ag +),(Hb's'ab -),(Hb'e'ag -),(Hb'e'ab+),(anti-HBc +),(anti-HBc IgM not detected),(HCV -) and SGPT 20 to 40 being normal, I have 80 to 41.  

I had low platelets count of 62000/mm3 and low total white blood cells of 1900/mm3.  I had flu like symptoms and itchy red body rashes.

When I was in the states two years ago, I tested negative for hep. b.  I believe I contracted the hep b. through hair cuts and shaves in Borneo.  Now, I am worried that based on the above tests, am I a chronic carrier or am I in the acute phase, where by, I have a chance of clearing this hep b. from my body.  I am also worried that I am a chronic carrier with an co-invection such as hep. d, hep c or pre mutant core virus.  I did recently tested negative for hep. c., but it might not be accurate.  Hep. C has a window period of 6 months.  What should I do?

At first they dianosed me with dengue fever but further blood tests revealed hep. b.  Maybe dengue fever caused my high sgpt count or am I having an co-invection or is it an acute hep. b. attack which I might have a chance of clearing the virus?

I cannot answer your question with accruacy, however, I have lived in Borneo and have had similar questions. My best advice is stay away from Beer Bintang and Stall Food. I am 20 years into Hep "B" w/Jundice gained while makeing all that good money in the international oil fields. I managed 100% Liver Function after recovery but have now to contend with posible Liver Cancer & Gastro tract problems all by my lonesome. No big company's or former employers around to help with Medical Expense. All that money spent on Health Insurance in those days is useless to me now. Don't give up, try Dr. Ma located in Shaw House, Singapore, His clinic was the best for these problems in my day and is still a good bet.
