Collagenous Colitis and Methotrexate

Posted By Shelley Marcy on June 23, 1999 at 09:27:37
I have collagenous colitis and have been diagnosed since 1985.  I have had good success with Asacol.  I have a spondyloarthropathy related to the colitis that my Rheumatologist wants me to take Methotrexate for.  My question is whether or not Methotrexate will cause me further problems with my Collagenous Colitis?
Thank you
