Desparately seeking HELP! C6-7 disc, colon, sacrum, lacking evacuation

I'm mid 40's, Male had a car accident in '04 in which I jambed my right leg into the firewall, my left ribcage into steering wheel, forehead into roof pillar. resulting injuries were relatively minor; fractured right ankle, bruised ribs, disc herniation in neck c6,c7 and minor contusions. For approximately 5 months I had a runny stool condition, then when things firmed up, I began having Thin stools which appeared to have been through a slicer or cake frosting tube. This also caused a lack of evacuation so that I would be in the bathroom 3-4 times a day instead of my normal once in the morning.
I had prostate exams,ct scans, Colonoscopy, nutritional evaluations, blood test's and holistic manual physical therapy, The latter of which has given me the most relief but no-one has offered a diagnosis and the condition persists. Additionally, I have mild abdominal pain in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen just above the belt line, and chronic horrible, pain in the left lwr back or sacral area just above my belt line. There is moderate tenderness when applying pressure to my left rib cage and I have the normal neck and shoulder pain associated with the neck injury which I accept and am not concerned with. I do experience a feeling of "heaviness" to my entire left side as though I'm out of balance and am carrying more weight to my left side. My left foot, knee hip and lwr back fatigue and flare when I'm on my feet for extended periods and now there are foot, knee and hip problems developing on the left side. My medical group has "fired" me and will no longer allow me to be treated by any of their physicians as I've persisted to gain a diagnosis, rather than take Vicodan and percidan indefinately. Since they are the only medical group in my community with diagnostic capability I am in a difficult position. My natureopathic PT believes my organs may have been slightly misplaced by the impact and continues to treat and give me temporary relief
of some of the symptoms. Problem is the symptoms always return within a couple days. After 2 1/2 years of this condition and $ 20,000- 30,000 of guesswork, I'm really motivated to get to the bottom of this.
Prior to the onset of this condition I was athletic, extremely healthy, very regular, energetic and active.
Now I'm 25 lbs overweight, lethargic, bloated, in constant pain, can't get energy and deeply concerned.
This is my first venture into the e-community regarding this, so I'm not sure how this goes but if you(or any one else) have experienced any similar symptoms and/or conditions I'd like to compare notes and try to attack this condition and get well. My young children say they want their old daddy back and I just can't find the recipe to regain my old vigor and to give them the active lifestyle we once had and they so deserve. I'm also a business owner of 15 yrs and I need to get back to being active, healthy and productive.
Thank you so much to ANYONE who has ideas, similarities or suggestions.

Left lower quadrant pain can be caused by things like colitis, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, polyps, masses or irritable bowel syndrome.

The colonoscopy would rule out many of these disorders.  Imaging studies can also help.  Starting off with a CT scan, and then following up with an MRI can further rule out anatomical abnormality.

If negative, you can consider irritable bowel syndrome, or perhaps scar tissue from the accident.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a GI referral.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

You mention disc herniation in the neck and some neurological symptoms.  Have you had a thorough neurological workup by an orthopedist or neurologist?  I wonder if that disc compression isn't causing some of your symptoms.

I've had two neurologist's view my images. One suggested immediate disc extraction. The other focused on hand & arm symptoms relating to c5,6 & felt no correlation between this disc injury and lower symptoms.I wonder if there are actual tests to be performed to offer a more clinical evaluation of symptoms and related injuries?

HI,

I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL.  I'M IN A HURRY BUT WANT YOU TO LOOK INTO GETTING TESTED FOR INFECTION. BLOOD TEST WILL SHOW IF THERE IS ONE.  I HAVE SIMILIAR SYMPTOMS AND THINK IT'S EITHER THE KIDNEYS, ADRENAL GLANDS, OR AN INFECTION.  I HAD A BAD TOOTH THAT WAS INFECTED FOR A LONG TIME. YOU CAN ALSO GET AN INFECTION FROM PUNCTURE WOUNDS GIVING BLOOD OR LONG TIME INFLAMATION (inflammation).  tRY OIL OF OREGANO , IT'S A NATURAL ANTIBIOTIC  I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE AND THEY LEFT FOREIGN MATERIAL IN MY GUMS. GOTTA RUN
