Diarrhea after gallbladder is removed

What should I do for continous diarrhea?  I keep it every time I eat now.  I also suffer from IBS?  Any help please.  I am getting tired of this not to mention feeling weak.  I have tried Immodium but it only works for a little while.  Help?

You really need to discuss this with your gastroenterologist.  I has the same problem and was prescribed Questran. I don't know if Questran is right for you, but there are drug therapies available for this condition.  Good Luck.

Have you tried varying your diet - avoiding milk and wheat helped me.  I also know of others who cannot eat fat/oil/fried food without the same effects as you have had.
