I am 29 yrs old and 1.62m in height and my weight is 82kg.  I have been actively watching/doing something about my weight since 17 October 1997.  However, within the first 2 months I lost a total of 10Kg.  I have for the last 7 months been going up and down like a rollercoaster within 2kg's.  I can't seem to lose any more weight.  What is the recommended weight for me.  How can I lose more weight easier.  I have taken up Gym averaging 3 times per week where I cycle for 15 minutes and do circuit for 20 minutes.  I heard that it shouldn't matter what you eat as long as you eat in moderation and excercise regulary.  One shouldn't gain weight.  Well, this is not happening with me.  I am now tired of struggling to lose weight, I am desperate for easier methods.
