Early Satiety and Abdominal fullness

I am 21 years old boy with history of early satiety, abdominal fulllness, beltching, lack of appetite and energy for the past 11/2 yeas.  No previous history of any illness.  Early stool tests 1 1/2 years ago  revealed leucocytes, askari ova and rbc which was succcessfully treated.  Repeated tests were NAD.

Barium Followthrough in Jan. 2002 revealed hypotonic stomach no ulcer, ibtermittent obstruction at 3rd part of duodenum.  Dudodenum loop is not widened but the duodenum appeas slightly dilated.  Gastric emptying is delayed and barium can be seen in stomach until as late as 91/2 hours after ingestion.  No abnormality seen in small bowel ileocaccal region.  Endoscopy done in Dec. 2001 was normal on 1st and 2nd part.  No history of abdominal pain, vomiting or diarrahoea.

Repeart ultrasound was normal.  Thyroid test normal.  Tool Domiperome 1 bd before meals with no improvement.

Still continuing to suffer from symptons.  Have lost 7 kgs due to this.

I was recently told that I had a stomach motility disorder, which is what you are describing. What you need to do is find a Specialist in motility disorders, because this is a very misunderstood condition, and often poorly treated. Use your search engine and enter "gastroparesis", and you will find links that could help you. Your best bet is the top medical centers, such as Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic. There is also an online support group that has a lot of resources to guide you. This is something you should take very seriously, and educate yourself. There are dietary recommedations, and other medications being used to treat this disorder. Find a doctor that understands this condition(that is the hardest part)!!

Could you possibly tell me where the online resources are for gastroparisis? Also, what are some of the "Major" symptoms?
