Esiac Tea, an Cancer???

  My Mother is suffering from Stomach and Esophageal Cancer. I have been told that Esiac Tea is usful in treating cancer.  Can you tell me more about it, and where it can be found?  Please excuse me, if the spelling is incorrect.

Esiac (also spelled esiak) tea has been promoted as a stimulus of the immune system and as a treatment for cancer.  First described by a Canadian nurse who learned about the tea from Native Americans,there have been several testimonials suggesting that this is a potent therapy.   I must caution you, hwoever, that there is no medical evidence at this time to support these claims.
If you do  amedline search using the term esiac tea you will locate several sites that sell this herbal tea.
