Flushing, headaches --can't tolerate Saturated Fat

I have been unable to eat saturated fat for nearly 4 months. I have a continuously flushed face, minor to major headaches after eating any food that occur between an hour or two-three  later. If I eat food with saturated fat(cheese, red meat, milk, etc.) I will get a migraine headache.I get histamine flow after eating. My thyroid has moved from Euthyroid to hyperthyroid with TSH measurements that range from 2.20,1.88,0.27,0.23,0.37 over the last 5 months. My thyroid is normal as declared by an uptake and scan. Prolactin is in normal range.Thyroid antibodies and  peroxidase antibodies are measured in April as 24 and 254 (both out of range). T3, T4 measurements are in range. I have had over 10 blood tests, Urine tests, stool tests ..all normal.. including  creatinine, metanephines, clostridium difficile, leukocyte stains, parasites and ova, cultures, salmonella and shigella. Hepatactic measurements are normal except for last blood test where Bilirubin was slightly elevated(25%).Cat scan (abdomen and pelvis)was normal . All organs were unremarkable.Blood pressure is 115/75. Weight is 182, height is 5 11. I have lost 30 pounds over these months .I had a CABG(x6) in 2005 that was successful. My Total cholesterol was 98 in Dec., now is 170 without Crestor use.
Is there a correlation between the thyroid and sat. fat digestion ?  I believe I have Graves Disease to some degree. Why am I continuously flushed, which gets worse if a headache is on the way after eating? I have no gall bladder. Can anyone please help me ? My specialists and GP are puzzled and in no great hurry to solve this . I am losing patience and weight and my quality of life has decreased significantly since I cannot eat anything that most people would call normal. I am no longer sure about my direction to tackle this challenge, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My faith has allowed me to get this far in this journey. Thank you.

I agree with the testing done thus far, and it has been extensive.

I am not aware of a correlation between thyroid disorders and digestion of saturated fats.

One option you may want to consider would be carcinoid syndrome, and can be evaluated with a urinary 5-HIAA level.  Thus typically presents with flushing associated with eating.

Another consideration would be celiac disease, which can be evaluated with blood antibody testing.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
