Gallbladder

I had my gallbladder taken out on July 17.  On the 23rd I developed a fever (ok doctors say it is not a fever unless it is over 101.5), so I developed a temperature of 100.  This temp  from 99.5 - 100 is still with me.  The doctors say it is normal.  I feel awful.  I feel like I have the flu sometimes.  I get the chills, sweat, just plain feel awful.  I have had many tests done that came out negative:  catscan, ultrasound, bloodwork, urine.  At first they told me I had a urninary infection. Then they said it was a contaminated bottle.  I am on antibiotics for this anyway...but the temperature remains high and I cannot get it down or get back to normal.  The doctors say carry on with a regular schedule.  I feel so sick.  I slept 18 hours straight today from pure exhaustion.  This is 2 weeks of this above normal temperature and no tests tell me anything.  I need to get back to work....but I am just not capable.  I do sometimes have a few hours a day when I feel so-so.  Does this sound familiar to anyone???  Am I a slow healer???  I do not have vomiting or other gallbladder issues ....mostly this temperature thing that is keeping me so tired and sick.

I appreciate any info anyone might have.
