Gastroscopy after Nissen

Yesterday I performed a gastroscopy after 5 years I did the Nissen Fundoplication.

The results where :

1. Slight hiatus hernia
2. polypoid lesion at the duodenal cap

2 photographs where taken of the polypoid and I think as well a sample.

What is the polypoid lesion at the duodenal cap ? Is it a malignant tumor ?

Lately as from last June 08 I have been suffering almost daily from severe itching at my colon. I dont have any worms since I checked but never told my GP about it. I have as well noticed sometimes like a fluid coming out which most probably makes the itching.

Moreover I have these bends from several years that are most either on my left side or right side just underneath the rib cage. These are very painful and I feel as if something is bloating and literally need to hold my breath and stand up in an akward position for the pain to pass. It is not the first time that pain passes over and return back within few seconds. Sometimes it takes about 15minutes for the whole pain to pass. Dont know if this is related to any of the above.

What should I do and recommend to my surgeon ? I need to know more about this polypoid lesion on the duodenal cap and especially this itching.

I would wait for the pathology results before determining whether the lesion is dangerous or not.  

Depending on the size and pathology, that would determine whether it needs to be surgically dealt with, or not.

I'm not sure about the itching, but I agree with obtaining stool tests to exclude parasites.  If the itching is on the skin surface, a sample can be biopsied by a dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis.
