Help

My stomach makes a very loud growling noise every now and then.Also,everytime i eat something i need to go to the toilet to take out the food that I had before that.If I am not able to go to the toilet then my stomach makes a loud noise as if when u try to control the fart.I am having this problem from last 4 months and its very embarrasing at times as I have got an office job and its very quiet.I tried changing my diet,but nothing seems to help.I did ask a GP about the problem but he said it sonly gas and asked me to change the diet.But it didnt help.I was reading on net about the similar topics and it seems like I need to get rid of the bacteria that causes excess gas in the stomach.Could you please prescribe some medicine that would help in getting rid of the bacteria?

The treatment would depend on what is causing the symptoms.  Irritable bowel syndrome can lead to a feeling of bloating and excess gas, along with GERD, or other infections.

Testing to stool for various infections as well as malabsorption can be considered, along with blood tests to exclude celiac disease.  

Obtaining an upper and lower endoscopy can also be accomplished to evaluate for inflammation (colonoscopy). or GERD/gastritis (upper endoscopy).  

If negative, imaging the abdomen to look for problems in the liver and gallbladder can be then considered as well.
