Help?

I have had nausa for 6 weeks constant, started after meals and is now constant.  I have pain under my rib on left and right shortly after eating.  My stomach makes noise all the time during this six week period. I feel full when I eat only slightly and have no desire to eat.  I do have a lump in my throat.  I belch quite a lot.  I have constipation and have my entire life ( I am a 37 year old female).  I am noticable more tired daily.  An ultra sound showed no stones in my gall bladder and the hipa scan showed my gall bladder functioning at 50%.  Blood work was normal and was told I did not have an ulcer based on blood work.  Is a ulcer still possible?  I just want answers.  Any help?  Thank you

I agree with the workup thus far.  Further evaluation with an upper endoscopy is reasonable at this point - looking for GERD as well as masses/polyps that can lead to the symptoms.

A lump in the throat is commonly caused by GERD.  Other possibilities can include post-nasal drip from sinusitis.

A more specialized test to consider would be a gastric emptying scan to exclude gastroparesis.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
