High Isolated GGT - From supplements?

I am a 55 year old male who has high cholesterol and high blood pressure and recently had blood work done showing the following:
GGT - 159
AST (SGOT) - 25
ALT (SGPT) - 36
Alk Phos - 82
Total Bili - 0.9
Dir Bil - 0.1
Tot. Prot 7.6

The blood work was unexpected, so I didn't fast before going in.

In fact, had taken a small amount Nyquil (with alcohol) the night before and an Ibuprofin.
Prior to going in, I had a Coke Zero as well as my daily supplements including 250Mg of Resveratrol, Multi-vitimans, Grape-Seed Extract, Green-Tea Extract, Ubiquinol, and a baby (81 mg) Aspirin.

Is it possible that some of these items above caused my GGT to become elevated?
Are there known/documented links between any of these drugs/supplements and an isolated high GGT?
Any information on which supplements to avoid would be useful.  
I don't want to simply remove all supplements, get good GGT readings, and then go back on and have high GGT readings in normal life.

Also, is the liver linked to my high cholesterol?

An isolated GGT can be indicative of liver disease, and yes, it is possible that one of the supplements may be contributing to its rise.

I do not have specific data showing that any one is the culprit, but then again, not all of these substances have been studied thoroughly.  

I would abstain from alcohol, and tests for various forms of viral hepatitis.  Obtaining an abdominal ultrasound can be done to look more closely at the liver or gallbladder.

There are some forms of liver disease, such as non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, that can lead to an elevated cholesterol.  If suspected, an ultrasound should be pursued.

Kevin - Thanks for the info.

I do not drink or consume alcohol.  The only alcohol would have been in the Nyquil taken the night before.
