High Liver count

High Liver count

I am a 36 year old woman-- I had gastic by pass surgery the end of Feburary (have lost 93lbs so far).  I just had a panel done and my liver count came up as 90, which they said is higher than normal.  Does anyone know what this means?  Should I be worried? What should I do to bring it to the normal range.  What causes this.  Thanks for your help!
