Dear Marisa,
The title of your letter (Re: Intestines, kidneys, stomach and bowel) names all the possible structures that can cause abdominal pain. There are a number of different conditions that can affect each organ.  The approach to the investigation of your pain will be determined by the factors that bring on the pain, that cause relief, the associated symptoms, etc.  I suggest that you contact your physician to intiate further investigations.
