Is this Hemerhoids or??

Is this Hemerhoids or??

Hello Dr.

To make a long story short, I had a sexual encoutner with another guy, what follows shouldn't be the result of an STD, especially since nearly the entire time was protected.

My question is though, there's like this flappy thing, just feels like it's hanging there, and it's itchy when you touch it. It just feels like it's hanging there.. If I put toilet paper and dab on the anal area it's lightly red. I'm wondering what it is? Lube wasn't used the whole time, and although it didn't really hurt, I guess it was too much.

What should I do? What do you recommend. I haven't gone #2 in the last 3 days, because I've been trying to wait for things to heal -- although I know the longer I wait, the harder it will be ultimately -- so I'm at a loss?

I cannot make specific diagnoses over the internet.

But, in general, some of the conditions that can lead to growths in the anal area are anal warts, hemorrhoids, or less likely, cancer.

A visit to the doctor is needed to determine the next step.  If hemorrhoids are suspected, a flexible sigmoidoscopy or anoscopy can be considered to further evaluate.  Topical steroid creams can be considered to shrink them.

If it is an anal wart, there are a variety of medications to consider for treatment.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Alright Dr. I understand for sure that you can't give a specific diagnosis over the internet, however, can you tell me what you think it is (looking at the last 2 pictures)? I will definitely be going to the Dr. anyway

See, I posted a question the other day regarding sexual health / STD related and although the Dr. couldn't say for sure of course, he told me in his opinion what he thought. So, I'm just looking for what you think since the question isn't free -- but of course am taking it with a bit of a grain of salt, because I know I can't go just based on your opinion and I won't do that.

So if you don't mind, that would be great. Perhaps I will reply back after going to the Docs.

Hello Dr. if you get this,

So I decided to go today. The Dr. checked and said it was a Hemerhoidal skin tag. He prescribed me 2 different kinds of medication (Proctosedyl Suppository) and (Proctosedyl Ointment). When I asked if it'd ever go away he said, no...although we did sort of discuss how sometimes it goes back to normal after sit baths and stuff -- and that some people do go the surgery route (usually for more dire curcumstances) -- and he actually said he used to do the whole rubber band thing to get rid of them. He recommended using the above for about 4-5 days as he said that usually works for people... and to come back in a week just to have things further looked into 'down there' he didn't want todo it now because he thought it'd hurt.

Anyway, so I'm just wondering what exactly is it that I have? I would definitely want to get rid of it completely, it's so ugly.
