Is this a normal GI Response to Sinus Drainage?

I need some expert advice on some multi-facet (and possibly unrelated) Gast issues, w/a small part related to sinus drainage.I had asked you about some other issues last week.(3 wk time span of ; in order: sev sudden lower left cramping,1wk mod-sev localized lower left pain,blood/mucus BM mixes foll. by burning in lower abd parts, constipation, tons more mucus, red "raw meat" looking pieces in BM's; not constant, small black ash looking pieces in BM's; not constant., pain in lower left resolved more to mild-mod better/worse depending on impact. Well, I have what I'd say chronic sinus drainage down back of throat. Have for round 5 yrs. 2 months ago was home from work whole week due to throwing up, sick stomach, etc. from it. It started by waking me in middle of the night and I spent remainder of week taling Ematrol and basically living on Ginger Ale and dry crackers. Family told me they thought it was not the normal "sick stomach" that comes w/ drainage; paid them no mind (ha).2 days ago started feeling drainage again. Yesterday lower left abd. pain and burn felt better than before, 1 BM with small red piece in middle. Last night started getting sick stomach, little dizzy, threw up. Later, felt fine. Went to bed to wake up in middle of night terribly sick stomach.Threw up and also passed BM ( no blood) had to stay up drinking Ematrol before being able to lay down and eventually fall asleep. Today, terribly sick stomach, taking Ematrol, Ginger Ale, eating crackers only to avoid throwing up. Weird "burn" feel in stomach. Also, I have felt like diahrea coming all day. Only very little comes out after straining alot (covered in mucus).31yr female. Not over weight, no stress, no fever, chills.Seeing local GI soon bout lower abd. issues, is fam. right that stomach needs to be addressed to? Have you seen that part of it before from just sinus drainage?

I am not aware of sinus draining being associated with a GI disease.

If the GI workup, including an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, continue to be non-revealing, then I would pursue an ENT workup.

This can include a sinus CT scan and allergy testing to determine the etiology of the post-nasal drip.

Regarding the loose bowels, a blood test to exclude celiac disease can also be considered.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
