Itch around anus

I've had an annoying itch around my anus for over a month now.  seems to get worse before i have bowel movement and its least annoying atferwards.  there is also an itch at the top of my crack and here i believe i popped a pimple the other day cause i itched it and it started to bleed, but i would only get blood when i squeezed that particular spot, kinda like a pimple.  Is this a rash that can be taken care of with cream or something more?  Can anyone helpe me?

I have had the same thing several times. I have looked it up and it is a condition. It is called persitis or something close to that. I know how uncomfortable it can be, not to mention not the kind of thing that you want to mention to the Dr. What I have read is that it can be helped with ointment by persription. So if you get the courage to go to the Dr. let me know how it goes, maybe I'll get up enough nerve.
