Just a bug or something more?

Just a bug or something more?

Hello,
I have feel stomach discomfort (slight bloating, knot feeling) and off and on nausea with some fatigue for the past 4-5 weeks.
In the beginning when I slept on my left side I would feel nausea when I flipped over to the other side it went away, several times throughout the day I would feel nausea but food would help but then slight bloating would occur.
I have normal bowel movements, I have not made any lifestyle changes, I am 5'10" 160 lbs, fairly active, no poor habits.
I show no fever and have about 120/75 blood pressure which is about normal for me.
Could this just be a long lasting bug or maby something more?
I hope I gave you enough information.
Note: My grandmother died of stomach cancer at the age of 78 and my mothers uncle died of stomach cancer at unknown age, no other known family history.

Chronic nausea and bloating needs an upper GI evaluation, to exclude an ulcer, inflammation of the upper digestive tract, or a mass.

You can start with either an upper GI series or upper endoscopy, as well as blood tests to exclude the bacteria H Pylori.

If stomach cancer is a concern, an upper endoscopy is recommended.
