Kidney Stones

I would like to find out how long it takes after passing a few kidney stones, to feel OKAY again.  It has been a few days now and I still have a lot of soreness in my abdomen and right side. In order to find anything out from my doctor, I have to make an appointment - means time off work and a long wait.  Thank you for helping.

I have had 2 kidney stones so far (2 years apart). It took me a few weeks to feel back to normal again. After I went back to the doctor (a week after passing it), I still had kidney pain. He then beat on my back and it made me come unglued! It took another week for the tenderness to go away. I drank cranberry juice, and it seemed to help a bit. All in all, you should feel better in a few weeks. Don't do any strenous exercise until you feel better.
