Liver problems, Tylenol, Triglycerides, Cholesterol

To whom it may concern, First I would like to thank you for responding to my question of Aug. 28. Since then I've received the actual results of my blood tests and am not quite sure how to interpret the results.  Most of my test results are normal, however my Cholesterol is 139, HDL Cholesterol is 29, LDL is 68, but the problem is that my triglycerides is 206.  I was wondering what all of this meant?  I went to a local Dr. who said I need a low fat/cholesterol diet, but judging by the test results it seems my cholesterol is not the problem, or is it?  I could not keep up the meatless diet for very long, but I have lost several pounds (5'11", 185lbs.) In the previous response there is an offer to see a liver specialist in Detroit, but as $$$ is always an issue, I was wondering about the specifics of such a visit.  Thanks for all of your cooperation and information to date.
