Lower bowel and urinary unrelenting burning pain

I posted a question on the 26th to which there weren't any responses, perhaps I must elaborate. For the past five months I have had lower abdominal, urinary area burning pain and leg pain non-stop . The only diagnosis has been clostridium-difficile and spinal stenosis of L2-L5. The Drs. prescribed anxiety and pain killers ativan and neurontin and metronidazole and vancocin for the infection. In the last five days the infection is not responding. The medications keep me in a state of sleep or mental dullness all the time. I basically wake only to cry for medications and sleep again. No other treatment has been offered. This is no life, is there an experience out there similar to mine with a better resolution?
