Lymphoma?41 yr old white male

Over the last 3 yrs. I have had quite the health ordeal, but have since seem to be making progress in better health but still question some issues. It all started with elevated liver enzymes and feeling really lousy, tired, and just general sick feeling went thru Mayo clinic twice, lots of blood work, cat scans, liver biopsy, endoscopies, colonscopies etc.I also wrote in here (arround may 27th 03 cars was my nickname)
Mayo's finding and my local doc's were as follow elevated liver enzymes and slightly enlarged spleen and also reflux disease and possible irritable bowl syndrome. They prescribed prilosec, they were not concerned about the slightly enlarged spleen. No answers about the elevated liver enzymes bascially thought I had a virus run thru my system? So as I mentioned I have been feeling better and started a weight loss program (lindora)and have lost 15 pds down from 230,lindora does a blood panel before starting there program and my blood work was very good, liver enzymes were normal first time in three yrs!
However my local GP doc did another thorough exam about 6 months ago and did not notice anything with my spleen, but did find some slightly enlarged or he calls them puffy lymph nodes on my right side groin area,he says they are not alarming but should be monitored?I had a follow up about two months ago and he still says monitor and not alarming and my body is fitting off an infection? what is weird and what I question is since I have been feeling better and was a avid squash player I decided to start playing lightly again as my endurance and stamina has been very slow to come back,so last wednesday I went and played very, very lightly for about 20 minutes and wow the next morning I awoke about 5 a.m in a pool of sweat, rushed to the bathroom and my stools were basically water and stayed that way until today and I just felt terrible, flu like, muscle ache's it felt like I played in the super bowl, and trust me I took it really easy on the squash court on wednesday.
I had to take Thursday and friday off work as I was basically bed and couch riden, starting to feel a little better today but having lots of gas and noise arround the spleen and stomach.

My question is with my spleen at one time being slightly enlarged and the Lymph nodes in my groin slightly puffy it almost seems like once I slightly over exert and get the blood pumping it throws everything into a real tissy and it seems as though something is still not right, its like my whole system gets thrown out of wack and the sick feeling is a for real sick feeling I need to completely shut down as I am literally bed or couch riden? it scares me to even start to slowly get back into any kind of fitness, this is the second time this has happened so I know it seems to be related to when I slightly exert myself and get the blood pumping a little.

as I mentioned earlier I have had lots of tests just shy of a PET scan or a bone scan.what would your suggestions and feedback be?thanks! sorry so long!

Tough to say without examination.  Most groin lymph nodes are related to infection, and monitoring them for a period of time is a reasonable course of action.

There can be many causes for a loss of endurance and stamina.  The first would be any type of cardiac condition.  If a stress test hasn't been done, you can consider this avenue.

Regarding the spleen - there can be many causes of its enlargement.  This can include liver diseases, blood diseases, infection, or congestive heart failure to name a few.  A blood count and examination of the blood under a microscope can lead to detection of various blood diseases.  You can also consider CT imaging of the chest and abdomen to ensure there is no related malignancy present.

There can be many causes for the symptoms you describe - you can discuss these considerations with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
