MRCP or ERCP

Thank you for the quick response regarding gallbladder removal and bile duct stones.

Can you recomend the best clinics for my procedures? Money is not an issue. I would prefer any clinic in Europe as I live in Armenia, it is closer to me

The MRCP is an imaging study, while the ERCP is a procedure requiring an endoscopy.

The MRCP is less invasive, but if a stone is present, it cannot remove it.  It will require an ERCP.  

The ERCP is a more invasive study, and can have complications like acute pancreatitis.

The decision of which test to obtain should be made by your personal physician.
