Thakn you for all your help and keep up the good work.
Dear Danny,
You did not mention whether or not you had biopsies taken from the small and/or large intestine during your recent endoscopy and colonoscopy. If you didn't , it is possible that certain clinical conditions could have been missed. Malabsorption usually presents with weight loss. You did not mention that you have been losing weight. Nonetheless, the diarrhea and floating stools can be associated with malabsorption. Most commonly, malabsorption is due to pancreatic insufficiency or a small bowel disorder. There are several additional tests that can be done to diagnose or exclude the presence of  malabsorption. These include a D-xylose test or a 72 hour fecal fat collection. Malabsorption is not usually associated with elevated CPK levels.  I hope you find this information helpful.
