Need Help ASAP, Please

My friend's son in law resides in Bolgaria suffering from Pancreatitis at the age of 31. Last Thursday, October 11th, he had an operation to clear fluid out of his Pancreas. On three parts of the Pancreas, there are problems with breakdown of the cells, even after 4 days? The Pancreas seems to be deteriorating, still.

His kidneys are failing and they had to intubate him for oxygen.

Obivously, this is a very bad situation. He is in a hosptial in Bolgaria and the doctors are hoping that because he is young, he may heal.

Can anyone offer ANY find of recommendations for help? Is there anything else that can be done other than relying on hope?
