Not Sure...

I am a 33 y.o. female, non smoker, slightly over weight (not obese)  I have always had bad monthly cramps, and about 10 years ago I had a laperoscopy done for endometriosis.  Things got a little better, but have within the past 2 years gotten worse again.  I went last month to the OBGYN and found I had a golf ball size cyst on the left overy and a smaller one on the right.  The pain was horrible.  I was put on the pill, in hopes to avoid surgery.
Yesterday I was in horrible pain again and had a very bloody bowel movement.  I went back to the OBGYN and had another ultrasound done.  The Dr. said that the cyst burst which caused the recent pain, but said that the bloody bowel movement sounded like Colitis.
My symptoms include severe pain on my left side front(feels like sharp glass inside) and back, radiates down the inside of my left leg.  Nausea, lack of energy, an urge to have a bowel movement.
I have had my appendix out years ago.  Does this sound like Colitis?  I have not had that same type of bowel movement (bloody) since yesterday?

It could be many things.  I had a poylp removed a few months ago.  It cause the same type of pain.  Bloody stools and lower left sided pain.  Leg cramping as well.  You need to see a gastro. Dr.  He will send you for a colonoscopy.  Only way to know for sure.  Good Luck.  Best wishes.
