Orangey-red stools

For the past month, I have been having loose stools every morning with an orange film that floats on the water and coats the bowl. This orangey stuff appears to be rather greasy and strongly resembles orangey-red sauce one sees in mexican dishes. I have also had 3 incidents of fecal incontinence that occurs while I am sleeping and never while I'm awake. It smells horrible, and the flatulence I've had has also had an awful sulphur smell.  These symptoms began just one month ago while my husband and I were vacationing at Lake Tahoe.   My diet is quite healthy and extremely low in fat with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.  My usual patterm is to have one bowel movement in the morning. I've never been
incontinent of bowel or bladder and the incontinence has been disturbing and humiliating.  I've so far tested negative for occult blood.   What seems to be happening?
