Pain please help with info????????????? 2 post

hello, this all started about a year ago...after eating pizza and beer about a 12-pac a weekend I would get little pains in my
right side just under my rib nothing major also the same type of pain on the left side would last a min or so and be gone..
I had a bowel movement about 2 years  ago with some blood but also i have had hemroids with just a touch of blood very little on the  paper...sept 25 my father died of a aortic anyerizam
of course i went in to shock ...he was a very heavy drinker and that day i quit drinking .. I was so stressed  from his death my diet changed I started drinking alot of water and have subed the beer with water ever since..2 days after his death I started getting a runny nose and a hacking cough with some flu symptoms I had frequent sharp chest pains i thought I was having a heart attack from all the stress... may 5th  I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure it was staying at 130/90 to 140/98 since I have lost around 15 pounds and my blood pressure is normal 120/72 most of the time and sometimes lower 110/60 i went to the ER in fear of heart attack and they did a ekg and chest x-ray they said it was all great just a little broncites in my lungs but  no signs of heart problems and no scaring and my ox level was 100% the doctor gave me a zpac and sent me home.. since then the antibiotic killed the cough the pain has moved from my chest to my back middle back/ and the side of my ribcage also still having mild pain under the right and left rib cage like the past from after eating pizza my stool is on and off light brown to tan some yellow ?

I'm very sorry to hear about your father's passing. You need to get some emotional support, because we all need this, at some times in our lives. Stress can even cause ulcers!

I'll also post some gastric reflux tips, for you (see next message) which can also help with indigestion, ulcers, and other things. These tips are not for all conditions, so you should see a good doctor, to get diagnosed.

I wish you the best. Hang in there! I'm sure others will give you good ideas, too.

Sincerely, Concerned lady

Some GASTRIC REFLUX TIPS (without acid blockers):

Please check with your doctor, first, before trying these tips to be sure they are safe, in your particular situation.

GER=Gastro-Esophageal Reflux. (Gastro=stomach. Esophagus=food tube.)

LPR= Laryngeal-Pharyngeal Reflux. (Larynx=voice box, containing the 2 vocal cords. Pharynx=throat, above the larynx. The larynx is above the trachea/windpipe.)

Reflux=acidic or alkaline stomach material that backs up into the esophagus (food tube), causing any of these problems (at least): VCD/Vocal Cord Dysfunction/Laryngospasm attacks, cough, voice problems, asthma, globus (feeling of lump in throat), constant need to clear throat, much extra throat mucus, worsening of sinus condition, sore throat, laryngitis, voice problems, pre-cancerous conditions of throat &/or esophagus, etc.

SOME GER/LPR CONTROL THINGS WE DO, that we learned from the excellent book: STOMACH AILMENTS AND DIGESTIVE DISTURBANCES, by Michael T. Murray, N.D. See page 9, References, in my website: http://cantbreathesuspectvcd.com   and, also see GER/LPR info on page 5, and on LINKS page.

PLEASE READ THIS GREAT BOOK. It may possibly be bought on-line, from Michael T. Murray
