Pancreatic Concern

1 yr ago went 2 tie my shoe and felt a severe left side cramp just above my sternum right under my pec. I stretched and it went away, this happened 3 times last yr. Dr sent me for a chest x ray, blood wk, stress test and echocardiogram. All ok.
In Dom Rep in nov food was horrible...thin black stool.
In dec mod/severe mid back pain and floating stool, not greasy. Sternum discomfort daily with lower L ab discomfort under my ribs and adjacent side. Dr sent me for ab ultrasound, blood and urine work, all ok. Said the pancreas was ok.
Dr thought maybe stress and perc 200mg Zoloft in Jan. Pain and discomfort now mild/moderate but daily.
No pain when I lay down to bed ecspecially if I lay on R side. Stools have been changing frm brown to golden brown.
Last 2 weeks when I wipe paper seems more yellow. Had 1 BM floating with clear mucus floating, again foul smelling. Today stool appeared brown but wipe yellow. I used a flashlight and saw a yellow hue on the stool. I took a sample out of the water and again examined but appeared brown only...very foul smelling.

The normal testing to date is reassuring, but with as significant stool changes that you've had, you could consider asking for a colonoscopy

Fecal matter is getting accumulated in colon for patient with impaired intestinal motility.no other problems for colon/rectum. Pls, can u give me some suggestion ti improve the condition. thanks.
