Pilonidal Cyst and Paralysis

I am in dire need of help to a problem which has me not wanting to live!!  In 1993 I dove into shallow water and was rendered a c5/65 Quadriplegic.  In 1995, I was diagnosed with a decubitus ulcer on the crack of my bum.  Two failed double wing flap surgeries later, the orthopedic surgeon claimed I need to see a colon/rectal surgeon.  The diagnosis was a pilonidal cyst and an excision surgery took place, where the area was left open to drain, whereas it was closed up before.  I developed Ecoli, Staph & MRSA infections and eventually moved to a nursing home for the next 3 months while I healed.  The area superficially opened and closed over the next 2 years.  After this time, I sought out a different colon/rectal surgeon who excised my tailbone to try and alleviate the constant chronic pain and Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD) I was experiencing.  Two months following the coccygectomy, another cyst developed.  The total surgeries in the same incisionline was 5.  The last surgery at this site was January of '98.  Since then I am forced to live in bed, rotating every three hours from hip to hip because every time I sit in my wheelchair, the incision line opens up and I must stay off of it.  Yes, I have been down in bed for six years and I'm only 31 years old.  My surgeon told me it will most likely reopen every time I sit for the rest of my life because the skin is so weak.  She also said a skin graft would make it worse.  I refuse to accept this answer!  That's simply existing and I'd rather not live!  Please, please share with me your thoughts and insights as to what I might try.  I'm extremely desperate and have tried everything I know!  Thank you.
