Possible diagnoses

I'm worried about my daughter and hoping you can provide me possible diagnoses of what may be troubling her.  S/P MCA May-06. Broke C-2 & C-4 - no paralysis but continues with chronic pain - off of opioids now but used so much that in Oct 2007 had CT of abdomin (abdomen) and entire colon was full of stool.  For past couple months N&V daily - can't keep food down, although has gained about 30# (drinking soda and alcohol - too much alcohol.).  Blood in vomit (I have witness this - dark maroon - about 1/2"x 2mm strips).  She reports blood in stools.  I recently visited her & strongly encouraged her to go to the doctor.  She did - got a Abodominal CT that showed cyst on her ovary and a spot on her liver.  She was to return to the doctor the next day - but didn't return.  What are the differiential diagnoses?   Fatigue, headaches are also part of this.

Blood in the vomit and stools needs to be further evaluated.

A variety of cancers, polyps, masses, or tears can all lead to these findings.

An upper and lower endoscopy should be performed for further evaluation.

If there continues be bleeding, going to the emergency room would be the recommended option.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
