Guys,
About one month ago I started experiencing exactly the same symptoms, though I haven't gone to the doctor yet.  I figured I would see someone about it in a week or so if the problem doesn't clear up.  I recently had a major home and job change, and simply wrote it off as stress.  Now I'm beginning to wonder.  I never had problems like this before.  I am also 30.  I get mild abdominal cramps, bouts of constipation and diarrhea, but no stomach probs.  If someone could help me out, I would sure appreciate it.
