I'd see the "sleep doctor" and have them do a sleep study - if you have
sleep apnea - CPAP is one of the few things that will help.

Sounds like you are flirtin' with disaster here, I had a friend who fell
asleep driving - get checked ASAP!

I had a chronic dry tickle in my throat that I had forgotten about until
you asked, it's gone, sounds like acid reflux.

No, nothing about cancer, could definitely be acid reflux, though, I think.
Get checked before you fall asleep doing something critical!
